Woop de doo! I got a half a sandwich bag full! If you read my post yesterday you may remember me saying my spinach was bolting....so I thought it would be best to pull it up and salvage what I could. I got just enough to throw into our salad tonight. Hey, I just realized, this is a great way to get excited about salad!
